How to book

In 2025, we have decided to become an adults only villa, but will accept babies up to 2 years old; water shortage, noise, and wear and tear are all contributory factors, so do please take this into account when enquiring. It is a perfect ‘away from it all’ location, so will suit anyone wanting peace and quiet.

Please use the form below to make a booking, and I will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. The price includes all sheets, towels and pool towels. Our bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday, but we are happy to accommodate you if you find this difficult, providing there is availability.

Once you have confirmed your booking with us, we will email you a booking form to complete, followed by our bank details for the 25% booking deposit. A refundable security deposit of £300 is also required.

The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. At this time we will send you a copy of our ‘Information booklet’ (which you’ll find in the villa) which has details of how to get to our villa, contact details of our island agent and further information on the villa.

​The villa is separated into 2 ‘units’ - the basement bedroom has it’s own entrance and cannot be accessed (inside) from the main villa. Our prices are for 6 or less people staying in the main building. A charge of £80 per night in high season (July/August), & £65 per night in low season is applicable when using the 4th basement bedroom/bathroom/storeroom.
